List View

Browse your content pipeline as a list.

The List View gives you a sortable, filterable table of every piece of content in your pipeline — a quick way to scan status, dates, and socials without switching between calendar dates.

Where to find it

Click Calendar in the left sidebar. At the top of the page, use the toggle to switch from Calendar to List. The same pipeline summary bar and publishing performance chart appear in both views.

What's in the List

Each row in the table represents one piece of content. The default columns are:

  • Title — The content title. Long titles are truncated; hover to see the full text.
  • Socials — Shows a LinkedIn icon or a plus icon when applicable (see When the LinkedIn icon shows below).
  • Status — A color-coded field showing the content's current stage.
  • Planned Publish — The date you've scheduled for publishing. You can change it directly from this column using the date picker.
  • Published — The date the content was actually published, if applicable.
  • Created — When the content was first created.
  • Updated — When the content was last modified.

You can show or hide columns by clicking View in the toolbar above the table and toggling the ones you want. An ICP column (for the Ideal Customer Profile assigned to the content) is also available but hidden by default.

How Content is Color-Coded

Every piece of content in the list has a color-coded status so you can tell at a glance where things stand:

  • Editing (blue) — Content that's still being worked on. It hasn't been finalized yet.
  • Finalized (green) — Content that's been reviewed and is ready to publish.
  • Published (purple) — Content that's already been sent to your CMS.

The pipeline summary bar at the top of the page mirrors these three stages, showing numbered circles for how many items are in each one.

Filtering and Sorting

The toolbar above the table has two filter buttons:

  • ICP — Filter by Ideal Customer Profile. Check one or more ICPs to narrow the list.
  • Status — Filter by Editing, Finalized, or Published. Check the stages you want to see.

Click Clear inside either filter to remove it.

You can also sort any column by clicking its header — click once for ascending, again for descending.

Using the List View for Planning and Publishing

The Planned Publish column doubles as an inline date picker. Click the date on any row that has content ready, and a calendar popover opens with the same quick-pick options as the calendar view: Tomorrow, In a week, and 2 days after next planned. Dates that already have content scheduled are highlighted so you can spread things out.

Setting a planned date is just a planning tool on its own — it doesn't send content to your CMS unless auto-publish is on and your content is Finalized.

Auto-publish in List View

When Auto-publish is turned on for your workspace, the Planned Publish column becomes your publishing schedule. Finalized content with a planned date will be sent to your connected CMS automatically.

You'll see an Auto-publish: ON or Auto-publish: OFF badge at the top of the page. Click it to jump straight to your integration settings to update this permission anytime.

If auto-publish is on and a finalized item has no planned date, the date field shows a warning label — No auto-publish date set — as a reminder that it won't publish until you pick a date.

For full details on how auto-publish works, timing, and how to enable it, see Auto-Publish.

When the LinkedIn Icon Shows

The Socials column shows a LinkedIn-related icon only when a piece of content is Finalized or Published:

  • LinkedIn icon — A LinkedIn post has already been generated for this content. Click the icon to open and review the post.
  • Plus icon — No LinkedIn post exists yet. Click it to generate one.

Content that's still in Editing shows a dash instead — LinkedIn posts are available once the content is finalized.

Generating content for LinkedIn or seeing the icon in List View does mean your LinkedIn post was posted to LinkedIn. Averi cannot currently post to LinkedIn - coming soon!

Opening a Content Item

Hover over a row's status and it changes to Open Editor. Click it to jump directly into the content editor where you can review or make changes.

Tips

  • Use filters to focus your workflow. Filter by Finalized to see everything that's ready to schedule, or by Editing to check what still needs work.
  • Sort by date to find gaps. Sort the Planned Publish column to see your upcoming schedule at a glance and spot empty stretches.
  • Toggle columns to reduce clutter. If you don't need Created or Updated dates, hide them with the View menu so the table stays clean.
  • Pair it with the calendar view. Use the list to filter and sort, then switch to the calendar to see how your scheduled dates look on a timeline.
