Billing

See your plan and trial status in Settings, and use the secure billing portal for invoices and subscription changes.

Your plan, trial dates, and subscription status live in Averi under Settings. For invoices, receipts, and subscription or payment changes, Averi sends you to a secure billing portal hosted by Stripe.

Go to Settings → Account (click your avatar in the bottom-left of the sidebar — and you’ll land on the Account tab). Scroll to the Plan & Subscription section.

What You’ll See in Plan & Subscription

  • Plan — Your current plan name.
  • Trial dates — If you’re in a trial, you’ll see when it ends.
  • Pre-trial — If you haven’t started your trial clock yet, you may see a note that you’re free to explore and that your 14 day trial starts when you generate your first content.
  • Past due — If a charge failed, you’ll see a message that your last payment couldn’t be processed and you should update your payment method to stay active. The action button in that state is Update Payment Method (it opens the same billing portal).

Managing Billing

When you’re on a paid plan with billing set up, click Manage Billing in your Account page. From there you can take care of account billing tasks in Stripe like updating payment method, viewing invoices, updating billing information, or canceling a subscription.
