Updating Payment Method
How to update the payment method on your account.
You can update or replace your credit card at any time through the billing portal.
How to Update Your Payment Method
Open Settings
Click your avatar (profile picture) in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar. This opens the Settings page on the Account tab.
Open the Billing Portal
In the Plan & Subscription section, click Manage Billing. You'll be redirected to a secure billing portal powered by Stripe.
Update Your Card
In the billing portal, find the Payment method section and add or replace your card. Enter your new card details, then save.
Return to Averi
Once you've saved your changes, click the back link at the top of the portal to return to your Averi Settings page. Your new payment method will be used for all future charges.
If you're on a free trial, you won't see the Manage Billing button yet. It appears once your paid subscription is active.
