Updating your Strategy Map
Use Clean Up Mode to update Content Pillars and remove themes that don't fit.
Use Clean Up Mode to update your Content Pillars and remove themes that don't fit your strategy.
How to use Clean Up Mode
Open the Strategy Map
Click on Strategy Map in the left sidebar.
Enter Clean Up Mode
When viewing your map at the Content Pillar level, click Clean Up Pillars in the bottom right.
Remove unaligned pillars
Click Remove this Pillar on any Content Pillar that does not feel aligned to your brand. Any Focus Areas, Topics and Outlines tied to that pillar is removed from this map flow too. Any content Drafted from a removed pillar will remain.
Confirm and regenerate
Click Confirm Removals & Regenerate New Pillars at the bottom of your screen.
Review the new pillar
A new Content Pillar will regenerate in its place.
If something in your map doesn't look right - click the Refresh Page button in the bottom right corner. Reach out to [email protected] if you continue to have issues with your Strategy Map.
